Hi Gems,

We are three sisters who have been avid crystal lovers for as long as we can remember. We finally decided at the end of 2021 to turn our interest into a business and created Green Enchantments. After sorting out some logistics and taking the time to find credible wholesalers, our website was finally launched on February of 2022. Our goal here at Green Enchantments is to share/spread our love and passion with others, and convert everyone into crystal lovers, one Gem at a time. That being said, you can rest assured that all of our products are sold with good intentions.

ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL: Due to events/situations beyond our control, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please shop responsibly. We are also not responsible for lost packages, broken packages, etc. Once the packages are sent out, we have no control over them and how they are handled.

Please always double check your shipping address.  

PROCESSING/SHIPPING: We are a small business, so do expect 3-5 processing days before your order is shipped. Once the packages are shipped, you will receive a tracking number, and shipping time will vary depending on the carrier. We have no control over that. 

With that being said, we do try to get packages out the next day, so processing time will usually be under 3-5 business days. XD
